By submitting the following details you agree to take part in our online survey and enter yourself for selection to join our expenses paid focus group to be held in Southampton on the 18th February from 11:00 - 15:00

Event terms:

Travel and subsistence reimbursement will be paid via BACS or in cash on the day of the event. Standard rate return train tickets will be reimbursed in full. Fuel will be paid at standard UK Gov HMRC rate £0.45p/mile. You can find out more about this here. Parking charges will be reimbursed in full. Receipts or proof of purchase must be shown.
Refreshments and lunch will cater for all dietary requirements (with advanced notice).
Vegan and vegetarian options will be provided as standard.
The event will be filmed for the project team’s post session analysis only. Under specific circumstances and with your consent, excerpts may be used for external reporting purposes.

Your contact information will be used solely for the duration of the project and to notify you event information. Your banking information will be used on the day of the event for reimbursement of travel and subsistence. We use the UK Research and Innovation project funding agency guidelines.
